The British daily newspaper The Guardian published a report entitled ‘A war foretold: how the CIA and MI6 got hold of Putin’s Ukraine plans and why nobody believed them’, analysing the actions of Western intelligence services and governments on the eve of Russia’s full-scale aggression against Ukraine.
